How to choose your size

Measure your waist circumference at the point where the belt is worn (usually just above the navel).

Do not rely on the trouser size , but on the actual measurement in cm.

If your measurement falls between two sizes , choose the one where your waist measurement is in the middle of the indicated range .
Example: if your waist is 83 cm → size M (72.5–90 cm) is perfect.
