How to Measure Your Forearm to Choose the Perfect Size:
-
Identify the widest point:
Measure your forearm at its widest point, typically near the elbow. Use a flexible measuring tape to ensure an accurate measurement. -
Do not tighten the tape:
Ensure the tape is snug but not too tight. It should lie flat against the skin without compressing the muscle. -
Avoid choosing a smaller size:
If your measurement falls between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size. During training, muscle congestion (swelling of the muscles) will make your arm larger, and a smaller size could become uncomfortable or limit your performance. -
Double-check your measurement:
Measure twice to ensure accuracy. A correct measurement guarantees an optimal fit and the necessary support.
Tip: A perfect fit maximizes compression and stability while preventing discomfort caused by a size that is too small. Always prioritize comfort and safety!
