    • How do I choose my size?

    Measure the circumference of your forearm at the widest point, just below the elbow, and refer to the calculator at the top of the page. If you're between two sizes, choose the larger one: rigidity comes from the 7 mm of material, not compression, and an elbow sleeve that's too tight will be impossible to remove.

    • Rigid or flexible, what's the difference?

    Two products for two uses. A flexible elbow sleeve warms and fits over volume. A completely rigid 7 mm sleeve is strength equipment, designed for weighted dips: it supports the load instead of just accompanying it. Altius only makes rigid sleeves.

    • Can I use them in competition?

    • How do I care for them?

    Rinse with cold water after heavy sessions, lay flat to air dry, away from a heat source. Never machine wash, never tumble dry, never expose to direct sunlight: this bakes the neoprene and causes it to lose its shape.

    • What if I choose the wrong size?

    You have 30 days after receipt to return them to us. This includes size errors, which is exactly why the deadline exists. The item must be returned like new, in its original packaging.
