Comment choisir votre taille

• Mesurez votre tour de taille au niveau où la ceinture est portée (en général juste au-dessus du nombril).

• Ne vous fiez pas à la taille de pantalon, mais bien à la mesure réelle en cm.

• Si votre mesure est entre deux tailles, prenez celle où votre tour de taille se situe au milieu de la plage indiquée.
