How to measure

Waist : Measure around the smallest part of your stomach, just above your belly button.

Hips : Measure at the widest point of your buttocks, keeping the tape measure horizontal.

The fabric is very stretchy: if you are between two sizes, take the smaller one for a shaping effect, or the larger one for more comfort.
