How do I choose my size?

Measure around your waist where you wear your belt, i.e., above your hips and not your pant size. Refer to the calculator at the top of the page. If you're between sizes, choose the larger one: the lever can be adjusted to the exact centimeter, whereas a belt that's too small won't close.

Lever or buckle, what's the difference?

A buckle is adjusted in 2.5 cm increments and requires re-threading the strap with each change. A lever closes and opens with a single motion and adjusts in 1 cm increments. For a session where you're increasing the load, this allows you to be cinched in the right place for each set.

Is 13 mm not too stiff for beginners?

No, but it's strength equipment, not a comfort belt. The 13 mm is there to withstand heavy loads. If you're not lifting heavy yet, you won't get much benefit from it.

Can I use it in competition?

Yes. Except for licensed competitions.

How do I care for the leather?

Wipe it dry after your session, let it air dry, never near a radiator. Do not soak it: leather deforms as it dries. A belt stored flat will retain its shape longer than a tightly rolled belt.

What if I choose the wrong size?

You have 30 days after receipt to return it to us. This includes size errors; that's exactly why the deadline exists. The item must be returned like new, in its original packaging.
